CR#:2133769 The project consists of construction work to replace the roof at the Salt Building, DOT Region 6, Allegany County, 2525 County Road 2, West Almond, NY. The estimated contract value is between $250,000 and $500,000. Each bid must be submitted according to the instructions to bidders and must include a bid security of $24,800. All successful bidders must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond for 100% of the contract amount. The substantial completion date is 170 days after approval of the agreement by the Comptroller. Bidders must comply with requirements under State Finance Law regarding restricted communications during the procurement process. Minority or Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOB) participation goals are established at 30% MWBE (15% MBE and 15% WBE) and 3% SDVOB, respectively. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for prospective bidders. OGS reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
