This is a pre-solicitation announcement for East Parking Structure Repairs at the Ann Arbor Veterans Administration Medical Center. The contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, tools, acceptance testing, and supervision required to complete repairs in accordance with the drawings and specifications. The project includes, but is not limited to, structural repairs, concrete spalling repairs, repair of cracked concrete, application of traffic coating paint, parking lot striping, and fire suppression piping repairs. All work shall be performed without disruption to ongoing medical center operations. Normal working hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays, with any work outside these hours requiring advance approval. Magnitude of cost for this project is between $2,00,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
