The State of Tennessee, Military Department requests bids for installing a new fence and gates at the Army National Guard Springfield facility located at 5255 Hwy 76 East-Springfield, TN 37172. All bidders are required to attend a mandatory site visit in person to submit a bid response. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the job as specified. The bid price must include all materials, equipment, and labor. The contractor is responsible for all measurements, and the State will not pay additional costs due to measurement errors. Scope of work includes: - Install approximately 554 linear feet of 7-foot tall ornamental security fencing. - Approved model: Ameristar Impasse II - Gauntlet or written approved equal, with specification sheets required at time of bid if another manufacturer is used. - Three-rail design. - 2.75-inch wide pales. - 11-gauge rails. - 12-gauge I beam posts. - Line posts to be on 8-foot centers, all posts set in concrete with a minimum embedment of 36 inches. - Black "Perma-Coat" finish with a 15-year warranty.
