Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Frederick, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Frederick County Public Safety Training Facility SWM Pond and Stream Retrofit consists of, but is not limited to, replacing the existing corrugated metal pipe riser structure and riprap emergency spillway with a cast-in-place riser and spillway. The work will also include construction to the pond to make it MD-378 compliant. Additionally, two degraded channels directly upstream, flowing into the pond, will be restored. Shrubs and aquatic emergent plants will be installed to enhance aesthetics and water quality. Bid documents and drawings are available in the attachments.
