The Engineer's Estimate for this project is $550,000. The work consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans, Exhibits, Specifications, and Contract Documents for the Citywide Sidewalk Replacement Program 2026, CIP No. 13064. The general items of work include maintenance, repair, and/or reconstruction of city assets and infrastructure such as sidewalks, curb and gutter, and asphalt concrete patches at various locations around the city. Work includes but is not limited to concrete removal, clearing and grubbing, tree root and stump removals, installation of concrete sidewalks and curb and gutter, grinding of concrete sidewalk raised lips for ADA compliance, removal and replacement of failed or damaged asphalt concrete sections, pavement striping, landscape and irrigation restoration, traffic control, maintaining pedestrian and bicyclist access and safety, and other ancillary work at various citywide locations as shown on the exhibits, plans, City of Murrieta standard drawings, standard plans, and/or as specified in the project specifications and special provisions.
