Provide janitorial services at Fort Logan National Cemetery, located at 4400 Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236. All work must be performed with special care, reverence, dignity, and respect, acknowledging the cemetery as a final resting place for service members, Veterans, and their families. The contractor is responsible for replacing any damaged headstones and markers and for restoring turf damage that occurs during performance. In the event of exposure or damage to remains or containers, the contractor must immediately contact cemetery officials for guidance. Work must not interrupt or impact funeral, ceremony, procession, or visitation events; daily communication with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) is required to understand off-limit areas and scheduled activities. Bidders must submit their proposal in three volumes: (A) Administrative, including company details, capability statement, subcontractor participation, and required forms and certifications; (B) Technical, demonstrating understanding of the work, supervisor resume(s) with at least three years of janitorial supervisory experience, and past performance on at least three similar recent projects; (C) Pricing, using the included Price Schedule. The proposal must address all requirements specified in the Performance Work Statement, utilize green cleaning products and processes, and detail personnel management and planning to accomplish the services as required and on schedule. Adherence to the limitations on subcontracting, and proper certifications as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business with active registration are required. Any deviation from the terms and conditions or failure to provide requested documents and certifications will render the proposal ineligible. The contract is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a guaranteed minimum of $5,000 and a maximum of $250,000 over a potential five-year period.
