The work includes installation of new HVAC system and electrical power upgrades at the Pollinating Insect-Biology Management, Systematics Research Unit at Utah State University 880 EAST 1400 NORTH, Logan, UT 84131. A mandatory site visit is required to be technically acceptable. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Period of Performance: 07/01/2026 to 06/30/2027 Site-Visits Desc - Attendees should report to 880 East 1400 North on the Utah State University Campus by 10AM on the date of the site visit If you wish to attend the site visit, please send an email to david.hildebrand@usda.gov AND jermaine.winstead@usda.gov with the title "1232SA26Q0282 Site Visit Registration", along with the name(s) of people attending and an indication if you will be a prime or subcontractor. All prime contractors MUST be registered to attend the site visit with one of their own company's employee(s) in order to submit a technically acceptable proposal. Subcontractors are welcome to attend with the registration requirements remaining the same. There will be a sign-in sheet at the site visit that all prime contractors must sign in order to meet the requirements of Factor 1. Subcontractors will not need to sign-in this document. Additionally, a prime contractor may not substitute a projected subcontractor's registration/attendance for their own. If anyone is not registered, they will not be permitted on the site visit. The site visit registration deadline is 5:00 PM EST on April 16th.
