The contractor shall provide one (1) complete, new, and fully operational high-security hollow metal door and frame assembly. This includes the door, frame, and all associated and compatible hardware necessary to meet the specified performance and security standards. The door and frame assembly must be hollow metal with a two-piece 'Split' frame for a 3'0" x 7'0" opening in a 7-3/4" thick wall, right hand swing, and factory-primed. Performance ratings required include a certified STC rating of 52 or higher and certified 60 dB or greater radio frequency attenuation, with independent lab certifications required as proof of compliance. Hardware must include a GSA-approved lock meeting FF-L-2890 with an 18-inch drill-resistant hard plate, a heavy-duty closer meeting ANSIBHMA A156.4 Grade 1 (factory-installed), heavy-duty non-removable pin hinges, a compatible single-motion egress device, and complete sets of acoustic/RF seals and threshold. The assembly must be factory-prepped with an internal wire raceway, Armored or Electronic Power Transfer device, and ready to accept a government-installed UL-634, Level 2 High Security Switch. Acceptance will be contingent upon verification of all components, receipt of required certifications, and confirmation that items are free of damage. Evaluation is based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA); quotes must include documentation demonstrating compliance with all minimum salient characteristics, or they will be considered technically unacceptable.
