The Project, in its entirety, is to include the renovation of the existing Berger (Dandelion) Fountain. The total scope of work, however, is broken into three (3) separate scopes, with 3 separate construction contracts. The 3 separate scopes of work will generally consist of the following 1. Scope 1 Mechanicals and Concrete Reservoir Wall Demolition Within Fountain Vault: Work associated with removal and disposal of specific mechanicals, and removal and disposal of concrete reservoir wall (as ADD Alternate) 2. Scope 2 Benches: Furnish and delivery of up to six benches for gathering area for gathering space around fountain. 3. Scope 3 Remainder of Construction: Date of Scope 3 contract TBD. Employment Goals 20% Female and 32% Minority Questions due by: April 16th, 2026, no later than 12:00 PM Local Time Prospective suppliers are to provide all materials, labor, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the Berger Fountain Vault Scope 1 Mechanicals & Concrete Reservoir Wall Demolition for the Minneapolis Parks and Recreation Board (MPRB) in accordance with the provided specifications, event line items, and all requested documents.
