Seeking contractor to remove existing brine supply and return headers, install new ones, and reconnect all branch connections for a curling rink brine system. The Work consists of removing two sets of supply and return headers (one active, one inactive) and all anchorage and supports necessary to complete the work, installing new brine supply and return headers, reconnecting all branch connections, completing all associated demolition and reinstatement, and restoring all disturbed building and site elements to a condition equal to or better than their pre-construction state. The Contractor shall be responsible for draining the existing curling rink brine system as required to complete the Work. All recovered brine shall be salvaged, contained on site, and protected for potential re-use by others during future system charging. The successful Proponent will be required to verify all dimensions, measurements, specifications, and site conditions necessary to complete the Work prior to fabrication and installation.
