Written responses will be emailed to all vendors having obtained this IFB from purchasing@haverhillma.gov Summery of Scope of Work: A. Replacement of the existing synthetic turf system at the Haverhill Stadium, located at 20 Nettleton Ave, Haverhill, MA, comprised of the existing multipurpose stadium field. The scope of work within the Stadium includes: Protection of existing concrete turf anchor, fencing, adjacent concrete walls, and other elements surrounding the fields; Removal and recycling of the existing synthetic turf system, infill and carpet; Protection of existing stone base; Removal of some warning track and turf anchor at dugouts; Installing drainage stone and turf anchor; Installing new infilled synthetic turf system, carpet, and infill; and Other associated work. The detailed scope of work can be found in the attached Plans and Technical Specifications. B. Schedule: The scope of work on this project shall begin early-mid June, 2026, with substantial completion by August 31, 2026. C. The estimated cost for the work is $1 Million. Quality Requirements: A. Bidders must be experienced Infilled Synthetic Turf System manufacturers/installers, and shall have supplied/installed at least thirty (30) outdoor athletic field systems of 80,000 square feet or greater of the type and installation process herein specified within the last three (3) years.
