The objective is to collect information about available technologies and service providers that deliver condition assessment for Trunk Sewers (600 mm or greater) and Outfalls. Respondents are invited to submit information outlining their capabilities, experience, and proposed technologies for assessing gravity pipes composed of a variety of materials, including reinforced concrete, brick, concrete, polyethylene, clay tile, wood, ductile iron, asbestos cement, corrugated metal, segmented block, stone, and clay pipe. The initiative supports the utility's broader asset management strategy to proactively assess critical infrastructure and enable evidence-based decision-making. Instructions to bidders include responding to requests for their information and outlining their relevant experience, capabilities, and proposed assessment technologies for these infrastructure assets.
