IDNR is seeking bids for the materials and labor to construct a pre-engineered pole building at Coffeen Lake SFWA in Montgomery County. Bidders are instructed to refer to the Contract and Attachments for further details. All questions, other than questions raised a Pre-Submission Conference, pertaining to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Information Contact no later than 7 days from Bid Opening. The Illinois Department of Natural Resources, hereinafter referred to as DNR, requires the purchase and construction of a new pre-engineered pole building for the storage of equipment. The project will consist of the construction of a 32 feet deep x 50 feet long x 14 feet tall pre-engineered pole building to be placed within the staff lot at Coffeen Lake State Fish and Wildlife Area which is on the Montgomery County Line. Several valuable implements and vehicles used for the site maintenance currently sit in the unprotected lot outside and need to be stored in an indoor environment due to weather exposure, theft, and vandalism concerns.
