The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the detailed design, fabrication, and installation of a new comprehensive campus wayfinding signage package for the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center Campus located at 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, GA 30046 and surrounding properties. The work includes the detailed design and installation of approximately 20 new post and panel traffic wayfinding signs, and the removal and proper disposal of existing traffic wayfinding signage as indicated in the conceptual design provided with this solicitation. Instructions to bidders: Sealed bids must be submitted and marked on the outside with Bid Number, name of Bidder, date, and time of opening. One unbound original and two copies should be submitted. Bids for corporations not chartered in Georgia must include proper certification of authorization to do business in Georgia. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty days after the date of opening. The successful contractor must provide a five percent bid bond with the bid, and upon award, a one hundred percent payment and performance bond and an insurance certificate meeting requirements. Surety and insurance companies must meet specified qualifications. All bonds must be on forms provided by Gwinnett County. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bid.
