Renovation of an educational facility in New Paltz, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed bid proposals are requested for "Various Upgrades At New Paltz Middle School - Contract P - Plumbing Construction" under Bid Number 62-11-01-06-0-001-021. Bids must be submitted with a certified check or bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount as a commitment to enter a contract and provide additional security if required. Certification of the bonding company is required. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, technical defects, irregularities and omissions, request additional information, or re-advertise for new bids. Complete hard copy sets of bidding documents including drawings and specifications may be obtained for a refundable deposit of $100.00 per set. Digital sets are available for a non-refundable fee. Bidders requiring documents to be shipped are responsible for packaging and shipping costs.
