Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform services in a workman like manner in accordance with all industry standards and practices and shall properly dispose of all accumulated debris. Specifically, the Contractor awarded a contract here shall be responsible for removing, disposing, and replacing the siding, gutters, and windows at the Police Station and as further outlined in the specifications. The bid price shall also include replacing approximately 150 square-feet of rotted or compromised sheathing, soffits, fascia or other areas discovered during the siding replacement.
