The Brunswick Glynn Joint Water and Sewer Commission is seeking a Design/Build entity to enter into an agreement to perform certain design and construction services for the rehabilitation of two sewer pumping stations in Glynn County, Georgia, and installation of new force mains from both pump stations totaling approximately 10,000 linear feet of 12-inch force main and 6,000 linear feet of 8-inch force main with associated appurtenances. The project aims to expand pumping capacity at two key pump stations to support planned community growth. The selected team will deliver design, preconstruction, permitting, and construction services using a collaborative, phased approach. The work will be performed in two phases using the progressive Design/Build delivery method: Phase One includes preliminary services such as design development, evaluation of alternatives, cost modeling, constructability review, permitting assistance, and risk assessment, leading to the development of a Guaranteed Maximum Price. Proposals must be prepared according to the requirements and format set forth in the RFP, and will be reviewed and evaluated using the defined selection process.
