Reference number: 20137362 Description The Atikamekw council of Opitciwan is requesting bids for the construction of an inn in the community of Opitciwan. Construction of a new two-storey inn including guest rooms, reception, dining room (66 seats), commercial kitchen, offices, laundry, mechanical room, corridors, accessible spaces, fixed millwork and furniture, exterior envelope, roofing, windows and doors, fire alarm system, electrical, mechanical, civil works, parking, concrete slabs, landscaping, fencing, signage, and all related trades Tenders must be accompanied by a certified cheque representing 10% of the amount tendered made out to the Owner, or a tender bond of 10% of the value of the work, valid for a period of 90 days following the opening date of the tenders. This tender guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract with a performance guarantee equivalent to 50% of the value of the project. Only bids from contractors with an establishment in Québec and holding, where applicable, the required licence under the Building Act (R.S.Q., c. B.-1.1) will be considered for the purposes of awarding the contract. Duration of the work: The work must be completed before 1 September 2027.
