Site work and paving for a road / highway in Cleburne, Texas. Completed plans call for paving for a road / highway.
Paving Improvements: Demolition of approximately 331 SY of existing asphalt pavement, existing driveway connections, and driveway culverts. Approximately 5,200 CY of excavation, 8,500 SY of 8” thick concrete pavement, 10” lime treated subgrade, pavement markers, signage, and related work. Sealed bids will be received for the construction of County Road 904 Westbound – Paving Improvements. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within seven days after notification. Bidders must submit written evidence of qualifications to perform the work, such as financial data, previous experience, and present commitments, as may be called for in the contract documents with the bid. Owner and Wright Farm Municipal Management District of Johnson County reserve the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject bids. Any contract awarded is expected to be funded from Owner funds and District Bonds dedicated to the work under this invitation to bidders. Award is subject to final approval.
