The required services include the inspection, testing, maintenance, regular certification, and repair of the equipment to ensure it remains safe, reliable, and fully operational when needed. All bid submissions and required supporting documentation must be submitted before 2:00 PM EST/EDT, May 1, 2026. All bids submitted afterward will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to suppliers of an applicable trading partner. The resulting contract will have an initial period of three years, with the option to extend the contract for up to four additional one-year optional periods.
