The District requires one contractor to provide chemical water treatment services for the heating and cooling plants within the District system in accordance with the defined scope of work. The treatment services include: consulting services such as advice and recommendations on the application and type of chemicals and frequency of treatment; supplying all necessary chemicals, test reagents, and test equipment; providing the services of a Technical Representative as detailed in the Guide Specifications Section; and, if proposed by the proponent, performing chemical cleaning of all systems as specified in the Specifications Section.
