1. 115 Ave & 99 St (Site A1) - Complete replacement of traffic signal. New installations include - traffic signal (TS) cabinet with UPS, power distribution (PD) cabinet, 2 cabinet bases, 3 patio blocks, 4 signal poles (11m, 13m, 15m, 15m) with bases, one (1) 4-camera Autoscope Vision system, 10 signal heads, 8 ped signal heads, 8 APS pushbuttons, 15 signs, 4 junction boxes (JB), 65m trenched conduits, 96m pushed conduits, completely new field wiring (entire intersection). Removals include - TS cabinet & base, 4 signal poles w/ fixtures, 4 pole bases, 4 JBs, pull out all existing cables (through approx. 167m of conduit runs). 2. 89 Ave & 108 St (Site A2) – New installations include - TS cabinet w/ UPS, 1 cabinet base, 2 patio blocks, 53m trenched conduits, 129m pushed conduits, 2 pedestal poles with bases, 4 JBs, 4 ped signals, 4 pushbuttons (PPB), completely new field wiring (entire intersection). Removals include - TS cabinet & base, 4 JBs, pull out all existing cables (through approx. 165m of conduit runs), salvage 1 ped signal head and 1 pushbutton. 3. 92 Ave & 108 St (Site A3) – New installations include - TS cabinet w/ UPS, PD cabinet, 2 cabinet bases, 3 patio blocks, 2 streetlight davit w/ luminaries, 52m trenched conduits, 125m pushed conduits, 4 JBs, completely new field wiring (entire intersection). Removals include - TS cabinet & base, 4 JBs, pull out all existing cables (through approx. 175m of conduit runs). 4. 79 Ave & 108 St (Site A4) – New installations include - PD cabinet w/ UPS (Alpha) with base and 1 patio block, 47m trenched conduits, 3 JBs, new streetlight cables, rewire all streetlights to PD Cabinet. Removals include – PD Cabinet & base, 3 JBs, pull out existing ATCO streetlight cables (through approx. 200m of conduit runs), salvage 2 ped signal heads and 2 PPBs. 5. 99 Ave & 100 St (Site A5) – New installations include - 1 pole base, salvage and re-install 1 streetlight pole w/ fixtures, 3 bollards (salvage, refurbish and re-install), install new conduits to AC Power Source (34m trenched 37m pushed), 2 new JBs. Removal – 1 JB, breakout and reinstate 12 sq.m of sidewalks/alley concrete driveway, 9 sq.m of asphalt parking lot surface & 5 sq.m of paving stone sidewalk. Removal of 1 steel helix pole base, refurbish 3 bollards 6. 97 Ave & 116 St (Site A6) – New installations include - Adjust / correct plumb of TS cabinet, repair weld defect of a pole (jib flange weld to mast arm), 1 city-supplied PPB pole with 1 pedestal pole base (S&I), 3 JBs (2 are 24” deep), 3m trenched conduits. Removals include – 3 JBs, 2 PPBs. Approximate Quantities: 1) Salvage signal pole / streetlight poles and attached fixtures, remove bases – 5 poles 2) Salvage pedestrian signal heads – 3 ea. 3) Salvage pushbuttons – 5 ea. 4) Salvage traffic cabinet & base – 3 ea. 5) Salvage power distribution cabinet & base – 1 ea. 6) Remove junction box in sidewalk – 19 ea. (1 in sidewalk, 18 in boulevard) 7) Remove existing cables / wiring (through length of conduit runs) – 535m 8) Remove streetlight cables and re-wire new streetlight cable to power distribution cabinet – 200m 9) Supply & install cantilever combination pole w/ bases & Streetlight extension davits – 4 nos. (1-11m, 1-13m, 2-15m) 10) Weld fib flange to mast arm – 1 l.s. 11) Supply & install pedestal pole w/ bases – 4 ea.
