For the Downtown Revitalization Program - Façade Project, Phase XIII (Part 2) Each bidder must deposit with his / her bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Kirksville Regional Economic Development, Inc. (K-REDI) reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in the bids. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of bids. Question Deadline 04/30/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to K-REDI in writing. Questions received less than seven calendar days prior to the date of opening of bids will not be answered.
