This project includes the removal and replacement of an existing playground structure and sand surface within a dedicated park located at 46 Heritage Drive, St. Albert AB. The work includes, but is not limited to: removal of existing playground equipment and structural components, removal of existing sand surfacing, removal of existing site furniture, review of existing drainage infrastructure, design and placement of new playground equipment to CSA standards, placement of new site furniture, repair or rehabilitation of adjacent asphalt trail and landscaping, and a maintenance/warranty period.
