Per addendum 1 this project was cancelled. The Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority (CMHA), on behalf of Park Denison, LLC, is seeking qualified contractors for the replacement of the rear entrance door at Park Denison Apartments. Contractors are to refer to Exhibit 1 for detailed project general notes, specifications, and drawings. All work must be performed according to the specifications provided in the exhibits. Bidders are encouraged to carefully evaluate the project scope of work and attend the site visit to understand existing site conditions. Quotations should include, at a minimum, the information outlined in the referenced exhibits. The successful proposer agrees to the terms described in the RFQ and attachments. All contract documents, including contractor agreements, will be reviewed by the Contracting Officer before execution. No services shall be performed without an authorizing "Notice to Proceed." Invoices must be supported by a summary of costs, a description and date of services, and the contract number. CMHA reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive technicalities, and seek new bids as needed. This project is not subject to Davis-Bacon or HUD prevailing wage rates. CMHA aims to maximize participation by Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprises.
