Questions should be emailed to purchasing@orangecityfl.gov The City of Orange City is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, means and methods as required to construct a raised intersection at E Graves Avenue and Oak Avenue. The contractor's scope of work includes, but is not limited to: mobilization, clearing, grubbing, excavation, and utility locate. Maintenance of Traffic (MOT) plans are mandatory. Work includes pavement parking construction with subgrade preparation, installation of base courses, and asphalt placement in accordance with FDOT Standards. Sidewalk construction must use ADA-compliant, textured concrete and provide detectable warnings/truncated domes on ramps. A detailed scope of work is available in the bid documents. Bidders must not contact any member of the City of Orange City staff or officials other than the specified contact person. M/WBEs are encouraged to participate in the bid process.
