Sealed bids are sought for the 2026 Sump Pump Discharge & Storm Sewer Improvements project. The scope includes approximately 2313.0 feet of 6-inch pipe drain, 570.0 feet of trench backfill, 310.0 square feet of sidewalk removal, 225.0 square yards of driveway removal, 225.0 square yards of 6-inch PCC driveway pavement, 20.0 square feet of 4-inch PCC sidewalk, 32.0 feet of 2-inch pipe drain pushed, 30 feet of 2-inch pipe drain, and all other necessary items and incidentals to complete the project according to plans and specifications. Bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project title. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, and the award decision by the Town Council will be final. This is a prevailing-wage project.
