The City of Surprise Water Resource Management Department is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified consulting firms to provide On-Call Water & Wastewater Consulting Services in support of water and wastewater facilities, infrastructure, operations, and water resource planning. The City intends to enter into multiple contracts with firms that can demonstrate their abilities to provide these services on an as-needed, task-oriented basis. Submissions will be evaluated based on qualifications, relevant experience, and technical competence in accordance with the provided specifications. The selected contractors will assist in delivering asset replacement projects, the capital improvement program, and conducting studies necessary to support the department.
