The Project consists of the following major components: The construction of a new monitoring and production well, chemical treatment building, and pre-fabricated electrical building on the Marler Road Well site. Associated site improvements, structural and architectural components, piping, electrical infrastructure, and instrumentation. Questions must be submitted no later than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening date to receive a response. Proposals will only be accepted from contractors duly licensed by the Alabama State Licensing Board for General Contractors as required by applicable Alabama law.
