The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is seeking professional engineering design services and accepting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for the 2026 Governmental Engineering Unspecified Contract. The scope includes the rehabilitation and replacement of small and large diameter water and/or wastewater facilities on unspecified projects. Work will require a qualified consultant(s) to perform a Scope of Services on a work order basis. Respondents should be familiar with working on joint bid and non-joint bid SAWS projects within the City of San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas Department of Transportation, San Antonio River Authority Right-of-Way, and other governing agencies. It is anticipated that multiple firms will be selected for contracts totaling $6 million as a result of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).
