Lancaster County, South Carolina is seeking sealed Proposals from qualified firms to design and construct two (2) single-story Emergency Medical Services (EMS) stations, each approximately 5,920 square feet. The proposer must be a Certified General Contractor licensed in South Carolina at the time of submittal. The contractor must furnish all design services, equipment, materials, labor, tools, transportation, supplies, and incidentals necessary to complete the entire project as described in the specifications.
