Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking abbreviated proposals from consulting firms to create a Source List to supply “as and when required” professional engineering services in the Quebec Region. Evaluation of proponents will follow criteria established in the RFAP. The aim is to select the five consulting firms with the highest scores. The Source List will be in place for two years, with a maximum estimated value of $10,000,000. The agreement may be extended for two additional years, and the value may be increased by $10,000,000 at DCC’s discretion. Individual commissions are expected to be between $100,000 and $400,000, with the maximum commission value set at $500,000. Qualified firms are invited to submit their abbreviated proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System. Questions must be directed only to the designated point of contact.
