It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Furnish and installation of erosion control Best Management Practice (BMP's). 2. Removal of bituminous pavement, concrete pavement, fence, sidewalk, and other site elements. 3. Grading and construction of aggregate base, bituminous and concrete pavements for parking areas, vehicle storage areas, and sidewalks. 4. Construction of security fence and gates. 5. Restoration of turf in disturbed areas and removal of erosion control BMP's.
