Additional scope to complete Beloit Public Library renovations. Beloit Public Library Discovery PLAYce Bid Package 2 Pre-qualification requirements: Pre-qualification is required. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 30, 2026 Pre-Qualification: Yes Should a bidder find discrepancies in, or omissions from, the Drawings or Contract Documents, or should he/she be in doubt as to their meaning, he/she should at once notify the Engineer, who may send a written instruction to all bidders. BIDDER'S PROOF OF RESPONSIBILITY QUESTIONNAIRE: All Bidders must execute and file a Bidder's Proof of Responsibility Questionnaire no later than the close of business on Thursday April 16, 2026 which is seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid opening. Under this bid package, Contractor shall provide the necessary trades, for which bids are asked including, but not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the construction to complete the Beloit Public Library Discovery Playce to be located at 605 Eclipse Blvd in Beloit, WI 53511. Base Bid will include approximately 6,200 square feet of renovation on the First Floor. The Work which bids are asked includes, but is not necessarily limited to, metal framing, rolling security grilles, painting, interior finishes, acoustical ceilings, mechanical, electrical and others. To assure proper coordination and completion of each bid package under this Project, the Contractor shall collaborate with all trades and material suppliers. The Contractor shall generate a single submittal log, and single construction schedule.
