Site work for a water / sewer project in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Lemoyne Borough will receive bids for the 2026 Storm Sewer Lining Project. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, lining approximately 2,093 linear feet of storm sewer pipe on multiple streets within the borough. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 10 percent of the total bid, issued by a surety licensed in Pennsylvania. Only questions submitted online via PennBID will be considered, and questions received after the specified deadline will not be acknowledged. The contract is subject to various regulations including the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, OSHA, Pennsylvania Act 229 of 2002, the Pennsylvania One Call Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, requirement of a noncollusion affidavit, non-discrimination in employment/contract compliance regulations, and the Public Works Employment Verification Act. The Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
