Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Stephens City, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field.

The project shall include the construction of an approximately 650 square foot restroom and concession building with an asphalt building apron and access path from the existing soccer field parking lot ready for public use per the site plan created by Painter-Lewis dated 2/19/26 titled Restroom Building at Sherando Park Soccer Fields. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, materials, testing, transportation, supervision, permits, site work, foundation and foundation design, utility work, and all other incidentals necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract documents. The only exclusion is Frederick Water tap fees for water and sewer, these will be handled by the owner directly with Frederick Water. The County of Frederick, Virginia is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed contractors for the construction of a restroom and concession structure at the Sherando Park Soccer Field Complex, located at 200 Splash Avenue, Stephens City, Virginia 22655. The project includes the construction of a restroom and concession building with access from the soccer field parking lot.
