McLennan County, Maintenance of Facilities, for Highway Six Jail, phase three, is seeking the services of a bonded contractor to provide service to replace multiple sliding door control system mechanisms. This project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor necessary for completion. The contractor shall remove twelve sliding doors currently in place, properly and securely store doors onsite in a designated area. Once the doors have been removed and properly stored, the awarded vendor shall replace and install each control mechanism. Once the control mechanism has been installed and replaced, stored doors are to be properly reinstalled to a fully functional and operational capacity. Interested parties are advised that it is their responsibility to check for updates or addenda/amendments. Bidders are recommended to inspect and determine pre-existing conditions prior to submitting a response.
