Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Victoria, Texas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 41,000-square-foot medical facility.

Victoria County requests Statements of Qualifications from firms to provide new construction building commissioning services for a 41,000 square foot Mental and Behavioral Health Facility. The services may include coordinating with the General Contractor, Owner, Owner’s representative, and major subcontractors to review submittals, verify the proper installation of performed work, and verify the proper functionality of the work and system integration where applicable. The commissioning agent will provide independent, third-party commissioning services beginning in the submittal review and construction phases and continuing through system acceptance and post-occupancy, as applicable. Responses must be submitted electronically. Submissions after the stated deadline will be returned unopened and considered void and unacceptable. Responses will not be accepted via oral communication, telephone, electronic mail, telegraphic transmission, or facsimile transmission. If unable to upload documents, contact the Procurement Specialist prior to the deadline to make alternate arrangements; failure to do so will result in the submittal being deemed non-responsive or late.
