Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Arapaho, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; and for the construction of a 80,000-square-foot educational facility.
Separate sealed proposals will be received for furnishing labor and materials for the Arapaho-Butler Public Schools New Agricultural Ed. Building. Bid packages include site demolition & earthwork, concrete, asphalt paving, masonry, structural steel fabrication, pre-engineered metal building fabrication, erection, general trades, millwork, doors and hardware, sectional doors, windows and glazing, gypboard and acoustical work, flooring, paints and coatings, folding partitions, lockers, food service equipment, window shades, signage, specialty items, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, site utilities, and specialty work. For a complete description of each bid package's scope, refer to the summary of work in the project manual and alternates. Bids received more than ninety-six hours before or after the time set for opening will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Drawings and specifications may be obtained from the office of Joe D. Hall LLC with a required deposit per set. A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each proposal. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids based on qualifications set forth in the bidding documents. The construction manager reserves the option to bid any package. Includes, but not limited to: 1. Furnish all required surveying and layout for this scope of work from property corners and benchmark elevations established by the construction manager. 2. Furnish and install all erosion and sediment control measures including but not limited to: construction entrances, silt fence, check dams, erosion control devices, and other items indicated in the contract documents. 3. Contractor is responsible for all permits (DEQ, etc), including all earthwork required for DEQ permit. 4. Remove all items indicated to be demolished or removed in the contract documents (Including saw cutting as necessary). 5. Complete all Site Clearing, Over Excavation, Subgrade Preparation, Soil Stabilization, Engineered Fill, Unsuitable Soil Removal, and Final Site Grading (Multiple Mobilizations), required to complete this scope of work at new building areas, site paving, and Curbs per the structural and geotechnical requirements. 6. Complete final backfill at curbs/islands and around the building. 7. Complete all earthwork required for paving, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. 8. Complete all final site grading in non-building or paving areas to within 0.1' from finish elevations shown on plans 9. Contractor is responsible for cleaning / removal of debris associated with their work from roadways. 10. Demolition and removal of all items shown in contract documents (owner reserves first right of refusal) 11. All sawcutting and removal of existing pavements (including trench for comms line). 12. AGGREGATE BASE LOCATED UNDER ASPHALT (OR CONCRETE PAVING) 13. GRAVEL PAVEMENT Question Deadline date 04/29/2026 Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to the Construction Manager.
