Site work for a mixed-use development in San Bernardino, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; communication facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Backup power, SCADA, floodproofing and security improvements at multiple water system sites including the raw water intake, treatment plant, booster stations and storage tanks, erection of 180-foot owner-supplied communication tower, and all other related work and appurtenances for complete and functional resiliency improvements. Reports, design, permitting, bidding, construction administration, funding administration. Submissions are limited to 20 pages, should not include fee information, and must be submitted electronically in PDF format. Evaluation will be based on qualifications, similar project experience, SRF experience, personnel, capacity, and references. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and negotiate with the most qualified firm.
