Description

Temple University ("Temple") is seeking qualified contractors to bid on work for Mechanical Construction Package No. 4 for Temple's Terra Hall Repairs and Renovations project ("Project") to be constructed at Temple's Center City Campus ("TUCC"), Philadelphia, PA. This Project involves the renovation of a 274,000-square-foot academic building to address critical infrastructure needs and implement upgrades in preparation for the relocation of a major campus unit. The effort also includes evaluating opportunities for additional functional uses within the facility. This package, P4 - Mechanical, covers interior renovation work and replacement of mechanical equipment. The work includes removal and replacement of existing HVAC, and related systems as required to support the new interior layout.
