Renovation of an educational facility in Village of Wellington, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The purpose and intent is to secure firm fixed pricing and establish a contract for the Rooftop HVAC Replacement at the Boys & Girls Club Gym as per scope of works and specifications. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the project site, and this will be the only opportunity for vendors to access the roof. Only bidders who attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be eligible to submit a bid. Vendors who do not attend will not be permitted to submit a response. All potential bidders who wish to access the roof must complete and return the Release and Waiver of Liability form and provide a Company Certificate of Insurance (proof of General Liability and Workers' Compensation) prior to the pre-bid meeting.
