The contract consists of silviculture implementation services, specifically planting quality pay plots and prework field days for the 2026 spring and summer planting seasons. This includes conducting planting quality pay plots on approximately 30 blocks, covering 631.6 hectares and requiring about 649 plots, from mid-April to July 24, 2026. Spring planting must be completed by June 21, 2026, and summer planting should begin by July 5, 2026, and be finished by July 26, 2026. Contractors must meet reporting and deliverables deadlines and quality will be assessed using the FS704 method, with field data collected using Plant Wizard. Bidders must be prepared to attend field pre-work meetings with the planting contractors.
