Description

Remodeling of an educational facility in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

This project consists of the interior reconfiguration of an existing office and classroom space. Scope of work includes the construction of four new partition walls and installation of one new security window to create three offices, one relocated classroom, and one storage closet. Work also includes demolition of two existing walls and five existing doors for space reorganization. Existing ceilings are to remain and be patched as required. Minor electrical work includes installation of new receptacles to serve reconfigured spaces. An existing split unit in the administrative office will be removed and reinstalled.
