Project has been cancelled/ Rejected QA date change as per Adda 1 The project is located at the KY Hall complex, including Cumberland Hall, Kentucky Hall Commons, Bluegrass Wing, and Laurel Wing. The scope includes: demolition of existing EIFS cladding; installation of a new fiber cement board cladding system including an air and water resistive barrier, rigid insulation, batten board, and all associated cladding trim; repairing deteriorated existing sheathing on a unit price basis; replacement of all windows; replacement of all gutters and downspouts; cleaning of concrete foundation wall surfaces; and installing a high-performance coating over existing egress doors. Bidders should follow all specifications, terms, conditions, and instructions, providing all required information. Proposals should be simple and economical, emphasizing completeness and clarity, and documentation should be bound in a single volume unless otherwise specified. Bids must be submitted in sealed packages clearly marked as specified, and late bids will not be considered. Offers may be modified or withdrawn by written notice before the deadline, or in person prior to the deadline with proper identification and a signed receipt.
