Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Gays Mills, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project.
Replacement of 340 feet of sanitary sewer along STH 171, including excavation, concrete pavement removal, granular backfill, two sanitary manholes, service laterals, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. All bids must be uploaded and submitted through QuestCDN.com with a Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid payable to the Owner, and accompanied by Bid Form 00 41 43. The contractor is required to pay not less than the minimum wage rate as established by law. The Village of Gays Mills reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. The work is subject to the provisions of Sections 61.55, 66.0901, and 66.0903 of the Wisconsin Statutes. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by ENGINEER in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by ENGINEER as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than three days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
