Sealed proposals are to be received for the furnishing of roof replacements on multiple park structures throughout Richmond Parks. The City of Richmond is seeking a certified, qualified, and experienced company for this work. Three copies of all bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "Parks Roofing Project" with the company's name clearly indicated. The City of Richmond is not responsible for any Request for Proposal information not obtained from its Purchasing Office. The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to reject any and all bids, re-advertise as necessary, and waive informalities or errors in bidding.
