This Request for Proposals is to obtain proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to provide janitorial services at the Cariboo Fire Centre, located at 3020 Airport Road, Williams Lake, British Columbia. The successful proponent must supply all labour, equipment, materials, and janitorial services necessary to meet the requirements described, including regularly scheduled janitorial services for designated buildings as well as additional janitorial services that may be requested on an as, if, and when needed basis. The contract term will commence upon contract execution and end on March 31, 2027, with an option, at the Province’s discretion, to extend for up to two additional twelve-month terms. Subcontracting is not permitted under the contract.
