Renovation of a swimming pool in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.

The City of Vandalia is seeking proposals for resurfacing the Vandalia Recreation Center's Swimming Pool, located at 1111 Stonequarry Road, Dayton, OH. There are neither existing plans nor specifications for the project. Proposers are encouraged to review the available information and develop a renovation proposal that will best serve the facility, which includes a zero depth entry, lap lane, and spray features. Proposals should be complete and succinct, as the contract will be awarded based on the adjudged value of the proposal. The scope of work includes all necessary equipment, engineering, supplies, and labor required to complete the project. Interested respondents must participate in a mandatory pre-proposal meeting at the Recreation Center Pool. Proposals must be addressed and delivered to Alicia McCracken, Director of Vandalia Parks & Recreation, in accordance with the Instructions to Proposers and all referenced requirements. This is not a competitive bid; the proposal process will allow the City to select a contractor based on qualifications, price, products, and service capabilities.
