Trinity River Authority of Texas is soliciting bids to secure a single source of supply for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to provide right-of-way maintenance for the Authority’s and regional collection systems easements and right-of-ways. The scope of work includes right of way clearing, creek crossing clearing, Type "A" and Type "B" mowing, debris cleaning, and tree trimming. All bids must be comprehensive and complete without exclusion. If any part of the specification is unclear or if there are conflicting instructions, the successful bidder must request written clarification from the Authority’s representative before proceeding with the work. Bidders are required to submit their bids by the specified deadline, following the stated submission instructions. All costs must be detailed for each year of the contract period.
